Attend a Basketball Referee Camp
to understand the Rules better

A basketball referee camp is recommended for any person or official, who wants to sharpen his officiating skills. Generally, this is what you get:
1. You will learn game control, preventive officiating and 3 man mechanics.
2. You get advice from experts.
3. After each game an evaluator will discuss with you a video of your work. You can keep a video cassette of your games with comments by an evaluator.
4. You can participate in panel discussions.

Camps are available for men, women and youth officials.

Upon completion of a camp, officials should be able:
1. Understand the rules better
2. Apply the rules in game situations
3. Understand the purpose of the rules
4. Give proper signals
